By Car

From the Northeast and New England

1) Cross Westchester Expressway (NY 287) to Hutchinson River Parkway South
2) Continue on Hutch South past the Cross County Parkway (bear right at fork in the highway)
3) Get off at Exit 10, East Third Street, Mt. Vernon
4) Make a right at the end of the exit onto East Third Street
5) Continue on East Third Street about 1 mile, to our street, South Fourth Avenue
6) Make a left onto South Fourth Avenue.
7) We’re #245, about ¾ down the block on the left-hand side. Park in our small visitor’s lot in the front of the building, come to the front door


From the Northwest and Upstate New York

1) Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge, take the New York State Thruway South (87 South)
2) Take 87 South to Yonkers Avenue East exit
3) Go East on Yonkers Avenue, towards Mt. Vernon. When you cross into Mt. Vernon (as you go over the Bronx River Parkway and under the train overpass), the name of the street changes to Mt. Vernon Avenue.
4) Continue east on Mt. Vernon Avenue, up the hill to the light at West Lincoln Avenue.
5) Make a right onto East Lincoln Avenue.
6) Cross a small bridge, and at the end of the bridge, make a quick left onto West First Street.
7) Take West First Street to our street, South Fourth Avenue
8) Make a right onto South Fourth Avenue
9) We’re #245, about 3 3/4 blocks up on the left-hand side. Park in our small visitor’s lot in the front of the building, come to the front door


From Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and East Bronx

1) Whitestone Bridge North
2) Bear left onto Hutchinson River Parkway North
3) Get off at Exit 9, Wolf’s Lane, Pelham
4) Make a right at the end of the exit onto Wolf’s Lane
5) Make your first right, under the Parkway bridge, onto Colonial (which becomes Sandford Boulevard once you cross under the bridge)
6) Take Sandford Boulevard about 1 mile then make a right onto South Fifth Avenue
7) Take South Fifth Avenue 3 blocks up and make a right onto West Third Street
8) Take West Third Street one block then make your first right onto South Fourth Avenue.
9) We’re #245, about ¾ of a block up on the left-hand side. Park in our small visitor’s lot in the front of the building, come to the front door



From Manhattan and the West Bronx

1) West Side Highway North to Henry Hudson Parkway
2) Henry Hudson Parkway becomes the Saw Mill River Parkway once you enter Westchester – move into your right lane
3) Exit onto the Cross County Parkway Eastbound
4) Take Cross County Parkway Eastbound to the end, exit onto Hutchinson River Parkway South
5) Get off at Exit 10, East Third Street, Mt. Vernon
6) Make a right at the end of the exit onto East Third Street
7) Continue on East Third Street about 1 mile, to our street, South Fourth Avenue
8) Make a left onto South Fourth Avenue.
9) We’re #245, about ¾ down the block on the left-hand side. Park in our small visitor’s lot in the front of the building, come to the front door and we’ll buzz


From all points South

1) George Washington Bridge Eastbound to 87 North (New York State Thruway, also known as the Major Deegan Expressway)
2) Take 87 North to Yonkers Aveune Eastbound exit
3) Go East on Yonkers Avenue, towards Mt. Vernon. When you cross into Mt. Vernon (as you go over the Bronx River Parkway and under the train overpass), the name of the street changes to Mt. Vernon Avenue.
4) Continue east on Mt. Vernon Avenue, up the hill to the light at West Lincoln Avenue.

Take either:

The New Haven Line to the Mount Vernon East station. Taxicab service usually available, but if you’re planning a visit, notify us in advance and we’ll pick you up at the Mount Vernon East Station

OR

The Harlem Line to the Mount Vernon West station. Taxicab service usually available, but if you’re planning a visit, notify us in advance and we’ll pick you up at the Mount Vernon East Station


By Subway

Take the 4 or 5 uptown to either the Dyre Avenue stop or the East 241st street stop (the last stop for either line). Call us to pick you up at either stop

By Air

King is most convenient to LaGuardia Airport, but also reachable via Westchester County Airport, Kennedy Airport, or Newark Airport. Car service is available from all airports, but if you are flying in, let us know and we’ll arrange for ground transportation.
