Prepress Department/Account Executive

Michael Gasparre began his career in commercial printing in 1979. He has worked at one time or another in every aspect of printing, from paste-up artist, to pressman, to bindery person. For 10 years he was a Manager of a small commercial offset shop. He next joined a large printer as a Customer Service Representative and soon after that moved into Pre-press. For 11 years he was the Pre-press Manager and learned digital design.

Michael joined The King Organization in 2008. His responsibilities include preparing and troubleshooting digital files for production. As a designer who works with our customers to understand their needs and advise them on their new projects, Michael brings his many years of production experience and know-how to our Customer Service Department.

Michael holds an Associates Degree from New York City Technical College in Lithographic Offset Technology. In his free time, he is a very active individual: Mike is a CYO basketball coach, (AKA Coach Mike), a basketball/soccer referee, and a baseball/softball umpire. He has been a religion teacher at St. Gregory the Great parish in Harrison, NY for 11 years, and also is serving his third term on the Parish Council while working on various fundraising committees
